Nut Shift 3D Privacy Policy

 # Privacy Policy for Nut Shift 3D

**Last updated:** September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Lukplays ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the Nut Shift 3D mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using Nut Shift 3D, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

---

## 1. Information We Collect

### 1.1 Information You Provide

- **Nickname (Leaderboard):** If you choose to submit a score to the online leaderboard in Survival mode, you may enter a nickname (up to 12 characters). This nickname is chosen by you and is not linked to your real identity, email address, or any account. We do not require or verify real names.

### 1.2 Information Collected Automatically

- **Anonymous Player ID:** To keep track of your personal best score on the leaderboard, the App generates a random, anonymous identifier that is stored locally on your device. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any other personally identifiable information, and is used solely to determine whether a new score submission is an improvement on your previous best.

- **Advertising Data:** The App displays advertisements (banner and interstitial ads) through Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as your device's advertising ID), IP address, and other technical data to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads where permitted. See Section 4 for more information.

### 1.3 Information Stored Only On Your Device

The following information is stored locally on your device (using standard local storage) and is **not** transmitted to us or any third party:

- Game progress (levels unlocked, stars earned, moves history)

- Settings (music/sound volume, selected language, ads on/off preference for the current session)

- Selected game mode

This local data is deleted automatically if you uninstall the App or clear the App's storage.

---

## 2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

- Display and rank scores on the online leaderboard (Survival mode)

- Allow you to resume your game progress and preferences

- Display advertisements that help keep the App free to play

- Improve and maintain the App

We do **not** sell your information, and we do not use your nickname or anonymous player ID for any purpose other than operating the leaderboard.

---

## 3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, which may independently collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

### 3.1 Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore)

Used to store and retrieve leaderboard entries (nickname and score only). See the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) and [Firebase's data processing terms](https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy).

### 3.2 Google AdMob

Used to display banner and interstitial advertisements. AdMob may collect device and usage data to serve ads, including for ad personalization and measurement, subject to your consent choices where required by law (see Section 5). See the [Google Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) and [How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services](https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).

You can turn ads on or off at any time from the Options menu within the App. Note that turning ads off resets to "on" the next time you launch the App.

---

## 4. Advertising and Analytics

Google AdMob may use device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) to show ads that are more relevant to you, and to measure ad performance. Depending on your region and settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. You can generally manage ad personalization at the device level through your device's system settings (e.g., Settings → Google → Ads).

---

## 5. Your Privacy Choices (EEA, UK, and Other Regulated Regions)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with similar requirements, the App will present a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before requesting ads, in accordance with applicable law. You can change your consent choices at any time from the Options menu, where available.

You may also disable ads entirely at any time from the Options menu within the App.

---

## 6. Children's Privacy

Nut Shift 3D is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed specifically at children under 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require an account, email address, or real name to play. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information (such as a leaderboard nickname containing identifying details), please contact us using the information in Section 9 and we will take steps to remove it.

---

## 7. Data Retention

- Leaderboard entries (nickname and score) are retained until you request deletion (see Section 8) or until we discontinue the leaderboard service.

- Locally stored game data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its storage.

---

## 8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your leaderboard entry. Since leaderboard entries are tied to an anonymous device identifier rather than a real identity, we may ask you to provide the nickname and approximate score/date to help us locate your entry. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 9.

---

## 10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
